Tool for video streaming services for creating short preview clips to make the content more appealing to end-customers. The browser based tool handles the task assignment and tracking for these clip jobs to specialists as well as the actual creation of the clips.

Users

The tool has two very distinct types of users: it is used by the manager who assigns and supervises the clip jobs as well as the specialists who create the preview clips.

Sketches

Quick ideation and iterations based on the user requirements of both Personas, as well as benchmarking of different video editing and task management/ tracking tools.

Wireframes

Wireframes for the browser based app. Since the manager and the specialists have different user requirements the design varies to fulfill their individual needs. However, the core conceptual model is the same.
